Refund/Cancellation Policy

Workshop Payment & Refund Policy

To secure your spot, all workshops must be prepaid at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: You may receive a full refund or transfer your payment to a future workshop (subject to availability).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-shows: Payments will be forfeited, as your reserved space cannot be filled last minute.

Because our workshops have limited capacity, this policy ensures fairness to all participants and allows us to properly prepare materials, staffing, and space for each event.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to honoring these guidelines, which help us create a meaningful and well-organized experience for everyone.

Wellness Retreat Payment & Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirement

To secure your spot at our retreat, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Spaces are limited, and reservations cannot be held without this deposit.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due in full 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the retreat start date. If full payment is not received by this date, your reservation may be forfeited and offered to the next guest on our waitlist.

Why We Require a Deposit

Our retreats are intentionally kept small and intimate, with limited spaces and a long waitlist. A deposit ensures fairness for everyone involved, as reserving a spot prevents another guest from attending. It also allows us to honor our commitments to the retreat center, our privately hired chef, and the other guests who are preparing for this experience. For these reasons, our deposit and payment policies are strictly enforced.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the retreat start date: Any payments made beyond the 50% deposit may be refunded or transferred toward a future retreat (subject to availability).

Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date: No refunds or transfers will be issued, as all accommodations, meals, and services have already been secured on your behalf.

No-shows or early departures: No refunds or credits will be given.

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Store/Product Refund Policy

We want you to love the items you purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, unopened items may be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase.

Due to health regulations and the sacred nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue credit for any opened items.
