My Journey

Your Heart-Opening Facilitator

Coming Home to Myself

For many years, I lived a fast-paced life in Manhattan, Queens and Long Island NY constantly moving from one thing to the next. Over time, I began to feel a deeper calling to slow down—to become more present, reconnect with myself, and explore a different way of living.

That calling became the beginning of a journey that would take me around the world and deeply shape both my personal life and the work I share today.

Yoga was one of my first doorways inward. What began as a physical practice gradually became something much more meaningful. Meditation, breathwork, and conscious movement taught me that true flexibility isn’t simply about the body. It’s also our ability to soften, listen, adapt, and meet life as it unfolds.

INDIA & THE PATH OF PRACTICE

My desire to understand these practices more deeply eventually brought me to India, where I immersed myself in the study of yoga and meditation.

My training in the Jivamukti Method gave me a deeper understanding of yoga as something that extends far beyond the physical practice. The teachings of meditation, compassion, conscious movement, and self-inquiry became an important part of my own life and continue to influence the way I guide others today.

Over the years, my studies expanded into breathwork, somatic and trauma-informed practices, meditation, sound, and other modalities that support a deeper connection between the body, mind, and spirit.

DISCOVERING CEREMONIAL CACAO

My journey later brought me to Pisac, Peru, where I developed a profound connection with ceremonial cacao.

Cacao became another beautiful doorway into presence for me—a ritual that encouraged me to slow down, listen inward, and connect more deeply with my heart.

What began as a personal experience eventually became part of the spaces I create for others. Today, I weave ceremonial cacao into select workshops, private experiences, and retreats alongside breathwork, meditation, movement, and sound.

THE WORK I SHARE TODAY

Today, my work is less about any one modality and more about creating intentional spaces where people can step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves.

As a Transformational Wellness Guide and Retreat Leader, I bring together years of study and lived experience through breathwork, meditation, ceremonial cacao, yoga, somatic practices, sound, and retreat experiences.

Whether we’re together in a private session, a small circle, a workshop, or immersed in nature for several days on retreat, my intention remains the same:

To create a space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, listen inward, and come home to yourself.

That’s the heart of my work—and, in many ways, the heart of my own journey.
